YOOK
YOOK is the first and only oat drink producer in the Baltics. Our products are produced from organic whole grain oats, made of local Nordic, clean raw materials and surprise with excellent taste and milk-like-color and feeling of the drinks. Production starts in September 2023, annual max capacity 20 mio litres. Products will be packed in 1L and 0,5L Tetra Edge carton packages.
In plant based category, oats are the only ones increasing rapidly all around the world. Soy, almond, rice are falling globally due to being either allergens, having serious sustainability problems or both. Oats are not allergen, are very sustainable if compared to other plant based drinks and especially of compared to traditional dairy. Oat drinks are the favourites of MZ-Generation due their multi-usability and neutrality in taste, which fits with coffee-drinks as well as with desserts and healthy foods. YOOK is naturally lactose free and does not add sugars into the drinks. All sweetness comes either from organic oats or from fruit ingredients. The water in YOOK’s products comes from the purest water reservoir in Estonia, making the products extremely well-balanced. That all makes YOOK different and well-fit to all markets.
YOOK has the aim to grow the oat drink category globally and long-term as clearly the demand is increasing rapidly. We are open to partner with companies looking long-term co-operation, offering flexibility and state of the art technology to ensure the best approach to any market.
