Saaremaa Delifood, started its operations in 2001 with the production of Quark Bars. Our com-
pany has expanded considerably and currently has more than 200 different names in its product range.
All our products are made with love in Saaremaa.
New trends in the food industry are followed with great interest both in Europe and in other parts of
the world, and the most modern equipment and technologies are used in production. In addition to
Quark Bars, Saaremaa Delifood now offers yogurts and other fermented milk products with various excit-
ing flavors, sour cream, yogurt drinks, cream cheese etc. Also lactose-free products and French crème
fraîche with a slightly softer and thicker Flavored cream cheeses and puddings with colorful flavors are
produced and a lot of attention has also been paid to the development of vegan products as one of the
important product segments, Horeca Products, Organic products.
