Estover Group is Estonian domestic dairy industry!
The history of Estover Group goes back to 1992, when the company started as a wholesaler of cheese products. Today, the company has become one of Estonia’s largest producers of dairy products, a wholesaler and a distributor of imported dairy products. Estover Group has two production facilities in Estonia – Estover Piimatööstus OÜ and Eesti Juustu Tootmine OÜ. Estover Grupp is a distributor of many world-famous cheese brands such as Philadelphia, President, Bergader and Galbani. The company is based on 100% Estonian capital and has currently employs more than 250 people. Estover Group dairy’s process approximately 70,000 tons of milk annually.
– Estover Piimatööstus OÜ is one of the largest producers of fermented semi-hard cheese in Estonia. Our cheese production started since 1959, when “Traditional Estonian cheese” was developed.
– In addition to the largest selection of semi-hard cheeses on the market, Estover also produces ricotta cheese, cream cheese, processed cheese, cottage cheese, mozzarella, yogurt and butter.
– Estover products are produced from a 100% high-quality Estonian raw milk which comes from ecologically clean environment and is partly collected from dairy farms belonging to the same group.
– All Estover Group products are manufactured with high quality methods and technologies to preserve the best properties of dairy products with outstanding taste and quality.
Estover Group is creating the future of sustainable dairy by:
-Using sustainable farming and production.
-Producing and using solar energy in all production facilities, which help to reduce the carbon footprint.
-Minimizing food wastes and reducing shale oil consumption. Food waste/dairy production waste is processed to biogas using Estover own biogas plant, which provides both environmental and economic savings.
-Decreasing the use of food packaging material.
-Optimized production.
